Before you sign up

Do I need to be technical to set this up?

Not at all. The setup wizard walks you through it in about 2 minutes: pick a look, get your links, done. No installs, no code, nothing to configure on the day itself.

Is it really free, what's the catch?

During our promo period it's completely free, no card required. The regular price will be €19,95 incl. tax per event once the promo ends. Nothing changes for accounts created before then unless we tell you otherwise.

What happens to the photos after the event?

They stay in your dashboard. Nothing gets deleted automatically. You can download every guest photo as a zip anytime from Guest Uploads.

Can strangers find our link and spam it?

No, the upload link is a long, random one (not your event's name), so it can't be guessed. The display wall is also PIN-protected. You can turn on approval-before-publish too, so nothing goes live without you okaying it first.

What languages does it support?

Guests see the upload page in English, Dutch, German, or French, depending on what you pick for your event, and you can change it anytime.
